North West Cards Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.
We aim to release your items as quickly as we can, once we have sent it to the delivery company the time frame is out of our hands so any delays incurred should be taken up with the shipping company. Timings may vary around weekends and holidays.
Lost Items
If an item is lost in the post please contact us with your order number and tracking code and we will contact the delivery service. We recommend you also contact the delivery service also.

All items over the value of £50 will be sent tracked. All shipping times have been recommended by the delivery service. If you need a parcel ASAP or have any concerns, please get in touch with us at the earliest opportunity.
We deserve the right to change shipping companies with a similar service to the one you have ordered.
Shipment to BFPO addresses
We can ship to BFPO addresses for free as long as your parcel weighs less than 2kg.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once we have sent the item, we will send you the relevant tracking code so you can track your items. All orders over £50 will need to be signed for.
Customs, duties, and taxes
North West Cards is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
North West Cards is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods and take pictures & videos of the damage before filing a claim.

For all orders to Europe please get in touch for a direct shipping quote as different countries have different timeframes.
Returns Policy
Due to the volatility of the trading card market, all sales are final. The only exception is if we make an error with the order or your order is cancelled before we have sent it to your chosen delivery service. Under certain rare circumstances, returns of factory sealed product may be granted. If returning a product to us, please contact us first and we will do our best to rectify it. Sadly, we don’t cover the return shipment cost.
Pricing & Payments
All prices shown are in GBP and are exclusive of tax and delivery charges.
We accept all major Debit Cards, Credit Cards and PayPal.
In accordance with PayPal Policy, refunds/cancellation of orders originally funded via PayPal will receive refunds of their original order payment amount less 2.9%.
We reserve the right to alter prices, sales or promotions on the site without notice.
Items will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and funds have been cleared.
North West Cards reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified through our efforts to avoid fraud and/or account abuse.
